Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone have the DSA FAL Rail Interface Handguard?

It looks like a cool add on but is it any good?  Is it sturdy enough to mount optics on it?  

I was thinking of setting up a 18" FAL carbine and mounting an Aimpoint over the handguards scout style.  How would some thing like this work?

Also, I saw a FAL 16 carbine with these handguards on a recent gun rag that had what looked like Knights rail covers on them.  Will this work without modifying the Knights rail covers?
