I am looking for a decent stock for my M1A.I want a walnut stock.nothing fancy.
I have been told to by from FREDS.I would rather pick one up from a board member.
if anyone has a stock for M1A/M14 thay want to sell .or knows some one let me know.

i bought mine from gunparts. the trigger group locks up nice and tight

I purchased a GI M14 stock from Fred several years ago, got a nice stock, no problems.

Freds stocks are used USGI and most are used, but you can recondition the wood with the instructions Freds will supply. He does occasionally have "presentation" like new stocks, but they don't come cheap.

What dollar amount are you looking to spend??

There are often some nice, inexpensive M1A stocks listed on eBay.
