I am going to put a Garand together with the parts I have and install it in a Boyds stock fora nice looking shooter.

 Springfield receiver: 5393735, F6528291
 BBL: SA F6535448    8 54 A2

 Which of the following parts do I want to refinish and use on this rec/bbl combo ?

Op Rod:

1) D35382 9 SA
2) 6535382 HRA

Bolt:

1) 6528287-SA / A-10
2) D28287-12 SA

Trigger Group:

1) 6528290-HRA-N
2) D28290-18-SA


  (I do have a few books on the Garand but really don't know how to use them properly.)

The only matching parts you have other than the barrel is the 6528287-SA / A-10 bolt.. If all you are going to do is make a shooter.. then just look at the parts with the least ammount of wear and use them.
