Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bipod or not?

I have decided to go old school on my M14 clone. Aka no Socom. But what do you all think about a bipod? I am not sure if I should put one on or not. I feel that a bipod is like fake boobs. It is great to look at and fun to play with, but everyone knows  that its not real. And therfore its not a original all natural 100% american toy.

The U.S.G.I. bipod is a DEFINITE accuracy killer!

Mounted to the gas cyl and bbl. - wrecks the bbl harmonics.

Great if you are planning to mow down human wave assaults in the prone position behind a full auto M-14A2 but otherwise a waste of ammo, time and money!
