I did have my EO on an SEI receiver mount Photo Link and experienced two jams in about 260 rounds.
The empties were hitting the bottom of the EO and 2 jammed between the receiver and the op rod.

I removed the mount and relocated the optic onto the top rail of my SAGE forward of the receiver.
Problem solved.
