Who makes a good cheek rest for a M1A??

I have a Springfield NM M1A with a Springfield mount and scope. I am looking for a nice cheek rest because the scope sits too high.

I had sent an IM earlier but don't know if it sent or I hit the back button like I do a lot.

I also have a compact adjustable cheek piece with 2 differnet locking systems, straight slotted stayle was posted here.

Karsten thank you for the IM and the reply. I tried to look up your cheek rest but had no luck,until I saw your post here.

Anyway, you rest looks great but do you have to drill through the stock to install the rest?

Blackhawk makes two styles, a Cordura lace-up one and a rubber-like velcro strap one. I use the latter and it is great; comes with foam slices to increase elevation of the cheekpiece.

I have the Cordura lace up myself and man I am here to tell you. You had better shave before you lay your cheek up beside it and pull the trigger.
