Anybody know some one that can tigerstripe a m14 stock like these?  Thanks

wood stain?  if so you can do it.
just apply to the areas you want darker.  let sit and rub off.
repeat untill you get it to the darkness you want and then oil the stock.

That is the grain of the wood that gives it the tiger stripe look.  That is not something added to a plain stock.

The stripping appears naturally in the wood. It can be enhanced by certain finishing techniques. Check the M14 stock section at usarmory.com They have photos of their stocks and good descriptions. Also check with Freds. "Tiger stripe" stocks bring a premium price. Birch stocks are popular although Walnut stocks can have nice grain as well.
