Since I am mainly interested in Two and Three-Gun matches, I need as fast of target acquisition as I can get, so I was thinking of a 2 MOA-dot Aimpoint. That and I'm a total Randy Shugart wannabe.

A scope like that would be nice for that kind of shooting. Make sure you get the throw lever rings.Because a weapon like that begs to be shot at long distance also.
