IS the springfield armory SoCom 16 have a chrome lined barrel? I like the fact u just have to shoot it to break it in

The 18 inch barrels don't, so I doubt this one does.

Yeahh just found out my self that Sa hasnt made Chrome lined barrels for years Now
 I really want to get a M1A before my camping/desert shoot at the end of this month

BTW what does NM stand for ..on the Fulton Armory is says Add 25 for NM trigger modification

I did read somewhere that SA was working on a chromed barrel for the socom, but that might be wishful thinking. That would be nice though.
