Try Strumgewehr or Gunbroker and Gunsamerica... I found a NIB pre-ban Bush for $900 a few months back - you just have to keep looking and be patient...

Best price I could find on a new one was about $1200 from Scottsdale Gun Center in Arizona. They normally have the rifles in stock.
