Who has the best/cheapest m1 carbine parts kit and who would be the best place to buy the best/cheapest receiver from?????

The only receiver I'd consider would be a USGI receiver and you can get complete surplus M1 Carbines in the $400 range.  Assembly isn't cost effective and requires several highly specialized tools.
