Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Removing stripper clip guide on a Chinese M1A

I have a PoyTech M1A that has been through Fulton Armory for the upgrade. I've got a scope mount to put on it, but I need to remove the stripper clip guide first. There's what appears to be a pin holding the guide in, as it doesn't seem to have a hex head or anything to fit a tool to and back it out.

Any hints?

It's a pin.  Just take a punch and drive the pin on through.  That's all I had to do with my SA.

Punch out the roll pin.Then remove stripper clip guide with a punch (brass) and hammer from left to right (with rifle pointed down range).Remove the receiver from the stock first.

Thanks, y'all! That did the trick. Now, I just need to get to the range to sight it in...
