This would be a small market, the buyers would have to have access to a lathe to drill the bore. With the freeze plugs and cones all you need is a drill press.

Does anyone make monocores for personal form 1's?
People have and still do. Although, far less than the average form 1. As those are usually FPs or VSRs. And with the emergance of the 80% baffles, I see this becoming the norm. Only a small percentage of Form 1'ers have, or have access to, the equipment necessary. And a lot of them are still doing K's and Cones.

Does anyone make 80% monocores?
I think this would be a tough market as too many customers with OD, OAL and Caliber differences.

Like a threaded end cap that extended into the tube for all the common tube sizes with the bore hole reamed to the finished size (.265,.375,.401 etc.) all you have to do is mill or drill out the baffle pockets

I've seen those I was thinking of one of those with an integral end cap

The original "$100" thread featured a muzzle brake that was dual use as a core - a heavy steel one.  So there is that.

OTOH, the Sig MPX featured a brake that looked like it would be quite effective and ATF banned it as an unregistered suppressor part.

Seems to be an unsettled or "grey" area currently.

Now, are they selling them is a whole 'nother question.  Everyone I know who makes them is doing their own form 1 cans

IIRC someone posted someone on EBAY selling monocores, it was in one of the long threads ($250 thread I believe).

They are on EBAY, spotted a couple from Russia, I would avoid, even with Stamp in hand looks like a roll of the dice, violating import laws???  Who knows what law you might violate.
