Starting a thread for a form 1 suppressor I just finished.

The piston is made out of 4130 steel tube and bar stock. Below the can is the piston plunger notched for the key in the piston body. The piston body was made by cutting through a piece of 1.5" 4130 tube steel on a mill then clamping and welding the cut tube and key stock on a jig. The tube is made of 6061 aluminium 1.5" OD 0.083" wall thickness. Finally the baffles are standard 34mm freeze plug baffles. If anyone wants more pics of the internals just let me know. This is the second can I have made on my lathe. I'll probably post pics of the one on my MK18 later.

Great so far. I've put about 250 rounds of 9mm with my Beretta through it and 100 rounds of 45. I've had a small issue with the 45 piston sticking but more grease and she runs fine.
