I want to Form 1 a Ruger American bolt rifle.
I am looking for a good shop that can do both.
Any recommendations?

You and me both!  But mine is a Ruger American Ranch. Please let me know if you find anyone outside this thread and I’ll do the same for you.

Not sure about both but for the cut and threaded barrel I would go to Class 3 Machining.  The owner is an Arfcommer and he does great work, really fast at a very reasonable price.
