Which would be best overall in a 10"? I've tried an H with ok results but looking for optimum performance. Hoping for some real time users advice vs theory.

Suppressed or unsuppressed

Currently unsup but planning on sup down the road... so both.

It depends on the size of your gas port and the ammo you are running.. The only way to know for sure which one works best is to try different ones. I know that's not want you want to hear, but it is what it is.

FYI,I use a standard buffer in my 11.5, both suppressed and unsuppressed, but I have an adjustable gas block. Before the adj. GB I was using an H2 that worked pretty good unsuppressed. With the can on I got a lot of gas in the face, though. Now no gas and almost no recoil either.

I read somewhere that you can get a H and a H3 buffer and swap the weights around in them and make any buffer you want.
