I gotta call TYPO on this one. I can't imaging that a 10.5" barrel has a mid length gas system. I'd call or e-mail PSA to get clarification.

I was thinking the same thing. When zooming all the way in on the pic it appears to be carbine length.

They've got so many offerings that it's obvious they are copying and pasting descriptions. 10.5" is going to be a carbine length gas

I was thinking the same thing, so I called and the lady on the phone confirmed that it was in fact a mid length. For what its worth, she sounded like she just read the description as well.

At either rate, is this a good upper to go with? I don't think I can afford to build an upper like the MK18.

The port would be at the end of the barrel if it was a middy, for sure its a carbine length.

A mid-length gas tube itself is 11.5". Its gotta be a carbine gas or not a 10.5" barrel.

Could be a middy.
This is a 11.5 mid-length I did a couple of years ago. Runs fine.
