Greetings all,

I'm trying to research the viability of converting a Pak 9 to run 22 tcm 9r with a barrel swap. Hardware wise, it seems like it would mostly appear to be a barrel swap, with a 5.56 barrel blank chambered for 22 tcm 9r. 22 tcm 9r will feed from 9mm mags, and I think the bolt is close enough that it should also work. The only concern I have is chamber pressure. The tcm is loaded from factory around  40,000 psi, so it's higher that even 9mm +p. Would this be a potential safety issue with the Pak 9?

I wouldn't do that in a direct blowback - which the PAK9 seems to be.
