How are you folks who are doing the SOT thing making your dealer samples? Just drilling the hole above the selector, or are you doing it another way? I would assume you start with a standard lower and send a form in on it, or perhaps some vendors sell the lowers to 02/07 dealers with the hole done? Drill & Mill in that order. Form sent in next day. |

Thats the route I am thinking as well....
I see some folks sell a jig for drilling the hole, but it looks stupid simple to make. Any online specs for the location of the hole? |

I used a Solidworks drawing of an M16 lower to find the exact location of the hole.
