No, there is not a number. You could have a collection of 600 guns and decide you want to sell them, and no FFL is required. What they consider dealing is a repeatitive pattern of buying and selling firearms with the intention of making a profit.

That depends on if the were owned by you or someone else. If you are selling your personal guns you are good to go. If you are acquiring guns from other to sell then you are dealing and need a license. Selling personal guns does not mean buying a bunch then reselling them next week. That is dealing also.

There is no number. The buying and selling of guns "in regular course of trade.........Principle objective of .....profit....". is required to have an FFL.
