Midway used to sell a "Tactical Rifle Gun Sock" that was wider than standard ones to fit pistol grips and optics, that may work. I believe they were discontinued though.

I put all my guns in borestores.
After I bought a few bullpups I contacted BoreStores about making them for bullpups and they seemed interested. In fact, I sent them measurements for my MSAR but I think I ran out of steam before I got measurements on the other rifles. |

I use Bore Stores for a lot of my pistols & rifles, hands down better than gun socks, much thicker and more protective but they don't stretch like gun socks do, so either they work or they don't.
Not sure if they have one in your size, I think the tallest one I own is listed as 'AK plus mag' and will store an AK with a 30 round mag installed. That may be tall enough. |

I've stuffed just about everything in the bore socks from WalMart. They stretch and will accomodate a bullpup with optic (My AUG fits). It will not pull up on or off easily like a shirt sleeve, but you can do a few inches at a time. It will fit.
