The shooter is shooting MSAR copy of AUG.

Note how relatively upright his stance is, compared to Chris Costa/Magpul demo, yet the relative lack of muzzle rise.

When SAF(Singapore) switched to 223 bullpup from M16 platform, they had to retrain the personnel because most personnel tried to operate it like M16(doesn't work because controls are different).  Much of what we think is ergonomic is due to our familiarity/experience with AR15 platform.
