I'm 99% sure on this, but as there is no serial # on the stock, it's legally just a piece of plastic, and the receiver is considerd the legal gun part, as it has the serial#, so I should be ok just shipping the stock standard USPS.

I told UPS it was a plastic part and thats all it is.

When I messed mine up MSARdave sent a new one to my house and I shipped the broken one back. The receiver is the firearm and the stock has no sn so you are good to go

Regardless, if it was a gun, it would be a rifle, and you can ship rifles USPS.
