Does anyone have a link or posting to the 20 March 2009 Shotgun News article on the MSAR STG 556?  I haven't been able to get my hands on a copy of the magazine.

I looked at my back issues of Shotgun News and couldn't find a contact phone number.  Looking at their on-line site I found a number that might work –– 1-800-345-6923.  I think your best bet is to try to order a back issue.  Due to the large page format it would be difficult for anyone to photocopy for you.
