Anyone have a good source for this data? Or a good range to start with, specifically for h110

Cautionary note. this is my load in my rifle so start low and work up.

I de-ribbed a 20 round p-mag and loaded a 168 a-max to 2.26" for a hunting load in my 16" 1:8 5r upper.
Twice fired FC brass (once fired after forming)
CCI 450
AA1680
19.5gr
1934 ft/sec avg
Lee FCD medium crimp

Note I loaded up to 20gr but I was getting a very distinct ring on the bullet. with the 19.5 gr if I seated in one stroke i'd get ring on bullet. if partially seated then tipped bullet down and tapped against the bench before final seating i'd get no ring. in short a very compressed load. shoots just over an inch out of my rifle.
