Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Starting charge 300-MP in 44 Magnum?

I'll start reloading 44 Magnum for a Ruger Super Red Hawk this weekend,

using Hornady 240gr XTP, CCI LPP Magnum, new Starline brass, and Alliant's 300-MP powder.

I found the max charge on their website, was wondering if anyone had "real world" experience

with minimum charge for this bullet weight.

Just begin at the start load and shoot groups.
