Somehow some .270 brass got mixed in with my 30-06. Some of the .270 has been run through the 30-06 sizer die. Is the .270 brass still usable? What do I need to do to make it useable?

If the shoulder didn't get moved back by the 06 die, you should be able to run it back through the .270 die and neck it back down.  I would expect to see the necks split a bit prematurely unless annealed however.

The .270 just got necked up to .30-06.  You can size it back down, that's working the brass a bit, could wear out sooner, but I bet it will shoot ok.  Check the case dimensions and case OAL that everything is within specifications.

So I ran them back through the 270 die, prepped them, loaded with 54 gr of IMR4350 and a 130 gr Speer Hot-Cor and all's good.

Note that 270 and .30-06 have the same headspace dimension.  All you are doing is overworking the necks.
