I reload for: .40 .45 .223 .243 .30-06 7mm Rem Mag Heya Egress - you can burn N320 in your 40SW load. I didn't see any loads listed for W296 - but - on google some are comparing it very closely to H110. Here's the powder table I checked. Don't pull any yellow handles...

Thanks I didnt think to look for a burn chart. When you pull the yellow handles that's when all the fun begins!!
