So I hit the jackpot today by finally getting my hands on some federal gold match small and large primers. I purchased lapua Palma brass, berger OTM 175s, and RL15. These are the rounds that I want to have for precision shooting, and was looking for some advice on where to start. I was also curious to see if there is any special components I would need for precision hand loads. I am uncertain about the rl 15 too. I have heard of the powder not being consistent with temp changes. I was told I shouldn't have an issue in Washington since it really does not get too cold or too hot. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
