I love Unique, but it just doesn't meter real well.  I like TiteGroup, but same comment.  

.40 S&W is the target cartridge.  And I'm shooting it in a Sub 2000, so I want a slower powder, to take advantage of the longer barrel.  Ideal characteristics would be:

-Meters Well
-Good for .40 (bonus points if I can use it for 9m or .380acp.)

Whadda ya think?  

Power Pistol?  W-231?  Ramshot True Blue or Silhouette?

I use accurate no 2 for all the rounds you mention

Blue dot or accurate #7 if your looking for near max loads. They both work better under pressure.

Power Pistol if your looking for light plinking loads.

Depends on what you want.  If you just want a good metering powder so you can shoot the hell out of that thing then Ramshot Silhouette and True Blue are GTG.  If you are looking to make high velocity ass kicken loads then get you some Longshot.

Can't speak to the Ramshot powders as nobody near here carries them.
