hmm....by my math, a 4 pound jug of 231 would last 6666.66 rounds at 4.2 grains. :-P I have Pulled 115gr FMJs on order from wideners. Since all my manuals are at home, I'm just trying to figure out what components.

I like the 95gr 380 hollow points that Montana gold bullet sells. Pushed nice and fast out of my AR. I will check my book for the load.

Have you tried Universal Clays?
It burns clean and has not given me any problems (accuracy or function). I vary the load depending on bullet weight (of course). I shoot FMJs due to my Glocks. I can't recommend a powder for a 9mm lead bullet (no experience, sorry). |

Wolf SP primers 1.5c
3.0 Clays 1.0c Bullet 5.0c. 115 or 122 gr CN. Free brass, just picked it up. About the same cost as 22 RF. Not really my plinking load but my target load, but still cheap. My CZ-85 likes. 
Scored some cast bullets a couple of years ago. 500 count boxes for $10 each. These are just the 9mm bullets. |

Rex 0 ?? grains, I paid $20 a Kilo and pulled 115 gr plated from RMR $71/K, old wolf sp primers at $15/K, I figure less than 9 cents per pop

My standard 9mm plinker:
CCI small pistol primer 4.0 grains of HP38/W231 125 grain Lee RNFP sized to .357", water dropped half COWW, half soft lead. |

I'm pretty on with RIPRonReagan
3.8gr 231 125gr LRN 1.100 OAL (necessary due to the short throat on my CZ) SPP (Wolf, CCI, whatever is cheapest) It's a little lighter than most are posting, but it's also shorter than most load, and it functions great. Search for 231 and 125gr LRN on the net, and you'll find that a huge number of people are using that combo in the 3.8-4.2 range and love it. |

Here's one for free..
Missouri Bullet Company 115 grain lrn 4.0 grains Titegroup. It's cheap, mild recoil and accurate. Been loading these trying to use up last 4lbs Titegroup. VihtaVouri 3N37 is my 115 grain, 9mm powder. Not cheap, produces best results in 115 to 125 grain, 9mm I've tested to date. |

my glock/tokarev load is a
130gr rnfp sized .356 5.4 cents 5.2gr of unique .9cents 1980's federal small rifle primers .5cents so 6.8 cents a round. bought a couple thousand small rifle primers from a local guy for $5 per 1000 I no longer reload anything with small rifle primers so gave them a go in the glock and they work great for a plinking round. it's actually a 38 special cowboy action bullet but had a local caster size them down to .356 to try them out. they are very accurate. paid $54 per 1000 a year or so back. I plan on trying tite group one day to save a few grains of powder per shot. I just consolidated powders about a year ago to make things simpler. buying by the keg sure beats having dozens of 1lb containers. went from 13 calibers to 3. |
