If you are talking about .223 you will have trouble finding a combo that cycles the action. 8gr Titegroup is a nice Subsonic .223 load, however it doesnt have much practical use.

i bought some extream shock and it cycled it. just really expensive. i reload 5.56 so it would'nt be that hard to load the ammo.
