Those folks are fantastic.
This morning I went to change out my shell plate and wasn't paying attention and loosened up the plate bolt,,, and bent the case slide to the point it wouldn't time with the shell plate.
Ordered that and a couple of the case retention springs and went to give my CC #,, the nice lady refused to take it.
Fantastic guarantee, rivals Dillon, with a happier answering machine than Dillon.

Don't worry I like Dillon and Hornady, I have a Hornady powder dispenser I use all the time for loading rifle.
