No, but I've read that this powder will give higher velocity's at the same pressure as other powders.

It's just the thing in my .284 with the 162 A-Max, but it's too slow for the .223 - can't fit enough in the case to make velocity with 75s - although it might be good with the 90s.

I'm using RL-17 for my paw-in-laws .300 WSM. He is shooting a Win M70 Coyote. With RL-17 and 168g Combined Technoligies bullets, we are getting 3/4" groups and very good, consistent velocities.

Last Thursday at the reloading shop I asked whether there was any RL-17 in stock, and immediately someone mentioned they were getting higher speeds without pressure signs. |
