Finally got my stamps back for the GSG5pk, here's what it looks like now.

I'm planning on moding the selector switch or change out the lower all together.

Maybe get a side folder, but the slider has a good cheek fit for me.

Hopefully I posted the pics correctly.

Doh, I meant to put this in the pic section, feel free to move it Mods

Since you cannot make new select fire, I'm gonna say SBR and can

You're right R_R5. Sent my paperwork in for the SBR in Dec 08`, YHM Mite (suppressor) in early Jan 09`.

Both came back this month, within 2 weeks of each other.

I plan on using the YHM Mite on the GSG5PK, Walther P22 and a SBR'd AR15 with CMMG .22lr conversion kit installed.

Just have to buy the Walther P22 (wife won't let me use hers
) and get the 10.5" AR kit.

Don't know how the suppressor works as I just picked it up today.

We have a 'silencer only shoot' later this month, so that'll be my test.

I just did make a new select fire out of an LWRC M6A2 using a RDIAS and a select fire marked lower from LWRC. I'm not that familiar with the OP's weapon; sorry I didn't know there aren't sears out there to be had...

very nice, clean my friend!

i assume the pk grip is the ati one....if this is correct big ? for u, can u describe as best as u can the solidness of the grip when holding or firing, i have some concerns because the only anchor point is the one pin/screw hold and given the stock grip has a bit of slack around the fit to allow for easier takedown/assembly.  Anywho are u overall pleased with the feel of the grip, and specifically how well in locks down.

Thanks pal.

I am happy with it.  It is original ATI bought from http://hkspecialist.net/product_detail.php?Category=30&Index_Seq=379

The grip mounts tight, as tight as the original one with very little wobble/play.  Push pins won't lend themselves to adjust how tight it fits, but the regular screws it comes with work fine, I didn't crank on them too much either.  The shorter & longer mags don't get in the way of the grip with how I hold it and I get a decent cheek fit with the sliding stock.

side-folder gets in the way of ejection port.  Skip the side folder.

thanks nice review, i have never run the front pin on my pk with the stock handguard, seems that leaving this front screw in like u said lets the user apply some tension between the opp. sides of the guard.

Nope, you took an already registered item and installed it in your AR-15

Ahhh...The GSG is sick, too!

Sorry for the hijack/pissin' match.
So, how silent is that weapon with that little can? I've been looking at a 10/22 with that full barrel suppressor (allegedly) and waiting for a Sig 522 that'd I'd need to add a can to. Your GSG looks like it would fit the bill. But I want SILENT...just the action making noise.

Can it do that?

The GSG is actually a good bit louder suppressed than when I put the can on my bull barreled 10/22.  I think I may even be louder than my P22 but I haven't tried them out back to back to compare.  I'm guessing maybe it has something to do with the large breech opening which allows alot of gas to escape?
