Anyone give or get a nice knife for Christmas?
Parents got me a Benchmade this year 
My first higher quality knife. 
Paracord bracelet is a failed attempt at my sister-in-laws present. Made it too big for her wrist. |

I like to think of it as a late gift to myself...have a ZT 561 on preorder. With any luck...Kershaw will have them done in Jan so I can have it by Feb...maybe.

I am very impressed with the stoutness of this blade, very nice design and workmanship. I personally would have a tough time looking anyhwere else for my bladed needs at this point. My older RAT Rc3 gets worked very hard and it always comes through. One helluva product, and a warranty to match!! |

Bear & Son ATAC (wasn't really a Christmas present for me - I've had this one tucked away since June. But I bought four of them - one for my son, my brother & stepfather; each one with the appropriate initials engraved on them.) One of the SOG Fasthawks was a gift to myself - the other one was a Christmas present from my mother. All thing considered, it was a very pointy Christmas day.

I wanted to give the kids stocking stuffers for I picked up 3 CRKT Stiff KISS tanto's and re-wrapped the handles in 550 and then made a matching survival bracelet. The kids were pretty stoked.

I got an ESEE 5, Plain OD Blade, and one of the old style Kahki Nylon sheaths for it. Also a TOPS ExCEST Alpha wiht Tan Sheath. Both Very cool.

My little sister got me a Lone Wolf Mountainside Skinner.
It's replacing a Schrade OldTimer Sharpfinger that I lost in the woods this past hunting season, which I had for about 18 years.
