Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Any better sheath for SOG Seal Pup than Kydex?

I just picked up a SOG Seal Pup Elite with a Kydex sheath.  I am not too well versed with survival knives so perhaps my question is irrelevant.  Is there a better sheath out there than the Kydex one it comes with, maybe leather or something?  

Also any recommendations on how you incorporated para cord around the handle or as a lanyard?

I have the fabric one with the kydex insert.  Came with mine.  The pouch on the front is pretty good.  Fits the gerber I have.
