First, the disclaimer:  "I don't own Gerber stock, and I don't get paid to endorse their products."

I've had a Gerber Multi-Plier for about 12 or 13 years, and had broken off two of the "blades" due to abuse - no fault of the tool.  I recently sent it to Gerber asking them to repair it for me, expecting them to give an estimate on repair cost.  Yesterday they sent me a new Multi-Plier, with a letter that said because they no longer make my model, they were sending me a new one instead.  So I'm thinking that's pretty darn cool, and while looking over my old one, I realized they had also repaired the broken blades, AND sent a new case for it.

Kudos to Gerber!
