I would like a little knife similar to a microtech small automatic knife, any suggestions?  Thanks for any help

I have the little microtech which is fine for light use...also the Piranha, USA  limited production series with a dagger blade...more heavy duty but the switch is hefty and would be hard to do if your fingers were frozen...both have nice blades and carry a good edge...
