The real PEQ15s IR dots are much BIGGER than that is!


But, the beauty of this beast is the Neutral Density Filter built into the lens cap reduces the output about 10X!

Is it actually illegal for civilians to own or buy a 'military' class laser designator?  Or just illegal to sell them?

Considering that non-eyesafe lasers are categorized as sensitive items by the military property system, and they are all serialized, there's pretty close to a 100% chance that if you own one (that isn't from TNVC), you own stolen military property.

Most of the out in populace ones were purchased by LEO's or LEO/MIL trainers and then re-sold.

Some day I will buy one of these.
