When I talked to them yesterday the aprox wait was 4 weeks. However I am probably thinking a bit longer. Just have to be patient. Ill keep ya posted. db

Barrett told my FFL that it would be 4 - 6 months before they could ship my M99... it's been about 2 months. You'll have your Viper long before I get my Barrett, and I ordered mine in July! Oh well, be sure to gloat to us when you do get it.

I purchased a brand new desert color M99A1 from Knesek Guns on Monday of this week, it shipped on Tuesday and according to UPS, I'll have it in my hot little hands on Monday (Oct. 3rd). You might want to give them a call if you get tired of waiting for months and months :)
Larry Knesek has been awesome to deal with and I guess he does quite a bit of business over the phone / Internet. He has some good feedback from previous customers posted on his website. www.knesekguns.com |

Knesek definitly looks to have the best prices out there for the Barretts. Too bad for me he is located about 10 miles down the road. I would hate to pay the sales tax on such a large purchase especially since these SOBs in Ark want almost 10%.

I can't find the price for the M99 on the Knesek website, but my FFL is a buddy of the family, and he's getting me the Barrett for $20 over cost.. so I'm not sure I can beat that anywhere...
Thanks for the tip, though! I'll be sure to gloat when it arrives in my hot little hands, as well. |
