Anybody had any experience with these rifles?  I was looking to get into the .50 and I am still debating the upper vs. complete rifle deal.  I found a used State Arms rifle for roughly the same cost as a new upper and just need some guidance.

Thanks in advance

State Arms are excellent rifles.

I got one and love it! They are very nice guns. I got  mine back in 2000 and haven't had a lick of problems with it.  just make sure the ammo you get the over all isn't too long if it goes in tight it comes out tight. Make sure you get the field chamber not the match.

State Arms makes a nice gun but it is a shell holder extractor.  This is an obsolete design.  Check out www.anzioironworks.com, they have a bolt action rifle for under 2k,  the three lug bolt,  will extract a full round, a true bolt gun . My Anzio shoots sub moa and is a real solid gun.  K
