I've been wanting to do some night work with my 82A1. Can you tell me if you've seen any reports as to how well the AN/PVS 14's would hold up under use, or perhaps the older AN/PVS 4? Thank you. |

The word on the PVS-14's are , you either get a damn good one, or a really bad one as far as .50's go. Some units work real well, some don't. They work great on other small arms though. Don't even try the -4's. They suck on .50's. You might get a few shots before the internals are scrambled. |
