I have seen one guys rifle from Va that cut his barrel back to 18". |

It's not SHIVANs rifle. But SHIVAN and I have witnessed it being shot. It's VERY loud and from about 30 feet away I could feel the blast from the muzzle brake on my legs.

Bah, my AR50 is louder than Jason's 82.  Maybe its his 10 shot burst which sounds louder than my 1 shot.

Sweet ! Here's my wifes new AR50 next to her AR30. Should have the 12x-42x 56mm Nightforce to put on in within a few weeks.

That thing is WAY light! What's the recoil like? Also, how much velocity is lost with an 18" barrel over the more standard 29"? Robert |
