Colt H, H2, or 9mm buffers just slow down the cyclic rate slightly. Colt 10" M4 upper w AAC M4-2000: Colt 11.5" M4 upper w AAC M4-2000:

A bit dissapointing. You get what you pay for, this is a $200 Coastal can.

It's my favorite upper, but i don't use it much anymore, as it absolutely never misses with the Vector imported SA ammo, but isn't 100% on the steel case stuff. Sure wish Vector would import that stuff again, I'd buy mucho cases and put it away.
