Owned this 1919 for several years and never shot it because I didn't have a tripod for it. Tried ordering one from Rich at Belt Fed Shooter Mounts, which turned into a big debacle as you may have seen in my other thread.

I found this one on Gunbroker for $900 + shipping. Thought that was a great deal. Ironically the seller believes this one was also made by Rich.   The quality is very high.  Anyway, I'm wondering if I have this set up correctly.  It came with the bar that the bottom of pintle attaches to below the ring that holes the shocks on. Seemed like it was way too low to properly level the gun for shooting. I moved it up to where it is now in the pictures.

When rotating the bottom of the shocks will run into the wheel when the gun is rotated. Seems odd there would be no incorporated stop or or someway to prevent contact with the shock?   Tried to look at some pictures of others but I think this may be an older design?

No experience with that mount but why rotate that far.
Looks like with both rear legs facing shooter you have plenty of rotation.
I guess if none you could add one if you were concerned about damage to tube.
I never had the need except if you wanted to limit range of rotation for safety or field of fire.
