Just use it without the suppressor if your not sure. You'll blow through that ammo quick and move on.

Guess I will try to trade it off round for round or just run it without the supressor for coyote hunting or something.

I use it suppressed in G36, SIG 551/2 and M16s (might be 1:9) without problems. Really accurate in suppressed 1;12 bolt guns too.

I dont beleive FEDERAL uses "thin" jacketed bullets... so it should be non-issue.
If it really bother you, put a target up at 100 yd. Shoot said target. Does it have round holes in target ? Yes.... install suppressor and carry on . I have shot thin jacket hand loads out of my 20" 1x7 barrel yrs ago, funny to see blue puff of smoke and "POP" about 75yd down range with no hole in target. |

I've shot 45gr JHPs through a 1:7 and a silencer without issues. YMMV of course.
