If I already have one, can I buy and put as many SBR uppers on it as I want?

Somebody had better say it i guess,

as long as you have at least 1 16+inch upper for each of your other AR15s your fine to have extra SBR uppers. If you have any lowers around that you dont have the parts to build into legal 16+inch guns then NO you would have a "constructive possestion" issue.

My understanding is if you have a Registered as a pistol "on the 4473 form", pistol lower receivers assembled or not(no butt stock) you can also put the short barreled uppers on those. Theoretically its no different than owning a pistol lower & a 7.5" 5.56 upper.
