for starters your on the wrong board this will get moved to class 3, if not locked.
whats more we'd need a lot more info. transferrable? pre-sample? post86? condition? pics? |

This is an NFA firearm all NFA firearms are class 3 this is the NFA weapons & parts forum right ?

Transferable?
Pre-May Dealer Sample? Post-May Dealer Sample? I was not aware of any transferable PKMS |

There are two known that are verified as registered. One was remanufctured and was offered for sale some years agothe other is in a private collection, but the nature of its registration status is not known.
Both are of Russian manufacture. As to value... quite spendy I would imagine. |
