PB blaster okay?  It won't change how it's oriented.  Really annoying.

Check to make sure the brake isn't stuck against the piston retaining ring. Sometimes it happens even when the cam lever is unlocked.

Yeah the little block that moves?  It doesn't move, I have to move it back manually.  Even then it doesn't rotate.
